You'll gain hands-on experience working directly with every team in our family - from marketing and design to product or delivery, the operations team connects it all.ResponsibilitiesEnsure full compliance with company SOPs & policies in the Hyattsville HUBEnsure 0 forced upgrades or spoilage caused by FC inventory management errorMaintain a fulfillment error rate of less than 0.1% as reported in the Tagged Order ReportMaintain a damaged product rate of less than 0.5% as reported in the Tagged Order ReportEnsure a 0% late fulfillment rate for each windowMaintain a safe, healthy and efficient work environment by following, and enforcing standards and proceduresMaintain processes for receiving product, inventory management, production, and order fulfillmentAssist the Warehouse Manager in supervising employee schedules, work-loads and productivity; ensure all receiving, processing and fulfillment needs are met while maintaining efficiency and accuracy goalsControl and maintain an accurate and up to date inventory management system - implement inventory audits as neededPartner with Warehouse Manager to lead process improvement initiatives to further delight customers; in this, collaborating across teams is highly encouragedUpdate and review KPIs with guidance from Warehouse Manager, motivating the team around opportunities for improvementMeet weekly with Operations Leadership to discuss your team's performance, challenges your team faces, and progress on OKRs that you ownHave open weekly availability to ensure managerial coverage between you and the Warehouse ManagerStep in to assist with processing or fulfillment as needed to guarantee completion of timelinePhysical RequirementsThis position requires being able to sit, stand, bend, reach below the waist or above the shoulders, and walk on a level surface or down stairs throughout the day. May be required to properly lift up to 49 pounds without reasonable accommodation. This position requires work in our walk in coolers of temperatures ranging from 34-38 degrees Fahrenheit. Please be aware that you will be working with natural products that may cause sensitivity to people with allergies. Please wear comfortable, closed toed shoes.
