Furr is currently looking for a qualified Operation Manager. When our company started back in 1981, we started with one man and a truck handling residential plumbing needs and our company has progressed significantly over the past 38 years.The ideal candidate for this position will not only have technical and management experience but will possess some intangibles that will aid in taking their department further into the future. This individual will be responsible for recruiting and hiring apprentices and technicians alongside our HR department. Once these candidates have been hired, it will be up to the Operations Manager and our technical trainer to train and develop these individuals into world-class technicians.
