You will manage and lead efforts that support construction standards, design viability, cutover processes, compliance, QC/QA, and Proof of Performance reporting. As a SME, you will be alled upon to assist with difficult technical issues presented to the Construction teams. You will lead and assist in critical constructionprojects that result in improved network quality and productivity performance. You will serve as technical lead and SME forplanned significant network construction events and cutovers. You will train and/or assist in development of constructionpersonnel training of construction practices, new initiatives, technologies, requirement gathering for tool/qualitymanagement tracking and reporting, compliance and audit activity. You will support enterprise initiatives and you are the Center POCon key. You will upgrade technical issues and initiatives. You will be responsible to ensure Regional Construction teams follow NESCTelecommunications build standards, equipment placement sizing standards.Primary Responsibilities and Esential Functions:Responsible for development and oversight of cutover and activation processes associated with various RF/Opticalarchitectures as well as planned significant construction events.Develops, reviews, and implements cutover sheet for node migration activities.Partners with regions to complete Proof of Performance testing for various network architectures including nodecertifications.Responsible for review of Proof of Performance testing as it relates to construction projects.Develops Enterprise construction power supply design and implementation processes.Provides key technical data and reports that assists leaders in directing work force.Becomes SME on new technologies to assist in ensuring department knowledge current.Assists in troubleshooting complex issues related to N+0 network and design.Coordinates / leads projects as directed.Partners with adjoining organizations (MTC/Field/DOCSIS) to develop and ensure trouble resolution processes areeffective.Analyzes varied statistical data for trending the performance of the N+0 network per N+0 architecture.Develops methods and procedures with Process Engineer and may provide training to the Field Network Technicianworkforce and OSPC.Coordinates directly with Regional and Market OSP Engineers, OSPM, OSPC and Divisional Engineers on Regional N+0Performance.Implements internal processes that are critical to the performance of the N+0 network.Proactively identifies ways to improve processes and procedures; makes recommendations to management.SME contributor to NT 2.0 Playbook material.Responsible for tool, tracker, and software compliance as it relates to COE and Market initiatives.
