The Director, BVCC will lead the internal Walt Disney World Resort (WDW) construction organization, Buena Vista Construction Company (BVCC). This organization is responsible for executing construction projects across the WDW site and holds professional licenses for Unlimited General Contractor, Electrical, Plumbing, and Pools. The Director will lead and inspire a team of 40 Walt Disney World Resort cast members and approximately 1250 union trade people in the field. They will be responsible for leading a culture of safety and overseeing all phases of the construction process including bidding, top quality implementation and close-out for all construction projects on property.
