Are you looking for an opportunity to design, develop and contribute to the next generation of HRIS systems?Are you passionate about collaborating and working closely with customers to develop innovative and creative technical solutions?If so, we're looking for someone like you to join our team at APL!We are seeking a Workday Applications Developer to design, develop, test, maintain and support all integrations using the suite of Workday integration tools, including but not limited to Studio & Cloud Connectors.As a Developer in the Information Technology Services Department Plan, design and deliver new Workday integrations across the following modules and more; HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll and Talent.Partner with team members both functional and technical, as well as consultants for Unit, System and User Acceptance testing.Prepare detailed technical documentation to support design and ongoing maintenance of completed integrations.Ensure all scheduled integrations are handled as expected, troubleshooting as needed and support mass change imports using Workday EIBs.Stay engaged on Workday Community to understand current trends and upcoming feature updates, and provide experienced technical input in the selection of optional features.Provide on-going support and collaboration with required business units, including but not limited to planning, validation, testing and service updates.QualificationsYou meet our minimum qualifications for the job if you Have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related technical field.Have 3+ years of experience with Workday Integrations development with skills in EIBs, Studio, and Core Connectors.Have experience with other Workday technologies - Web Service Application Program Interface (APIs) SOAP, REST, middleware, Cloud Connect, Business Process Framework, Configurable Security, Calculated Fields, XML/XLST.Have effective oral and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to collaborate successfully with system users, internal clients and developers.Have strong troubleshooting skills with a shown ability to perform risk analysis, and lead key functional partners through impact analysis and solutions that benefit the organization.Can demonstrate that you are fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
