The Global Public Sector Field Marketing team is looking for a rock star campaign and demand generation marketer who is excited to support and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple LOBs for the Public Sector. - In this role, you will report to the Sr Manager Field Marketing for Defense, Aerospace, and Gov SI and you will work closely with the extended Field Marketing team to execute a wide range of marketing programs to ultimately drive leads and pipeline. - The ideal candidate will be a creative field marketing professional who can demonstrate past success with driving demand, managing cross-functional relationships across varying levels, and creating a strong impact on the business. - And, of course, we're looking for someone who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and jump right in! - If you have a passion for integrated marketing in a positive, get-things-done environment, talk to us. Responsibilities: - Assist with execution and delivery of innovative campaigns. - This requires collaboration with other marketing specialists to deliver experiments and innovation for net-new business via all relevant mediums and channels (eg webinars, 3rd party associations, digital, influencers, PR/media, social media, live events, sales programs etc). - Work with a fast-paced and growing sales team to support the execution of collaborative programs that help find new buyers and cross-sell into existing accounts. - The most important aspect of your job will be to execute marketing efforts such as content development, event execution, tracking, and lead flow, etc. - Have the capability to orchestrate, negotiate, prioritize and manage project deliverables with other members of the marketing and communications organization as needed (including digital, PR, creative, social, communications, events, industry and segment marketing, customer marketing, and marketing operations) - Effectively collaborate and manage cross-functional partnerships to help scale delivery and impact of programs across digital, creative and face-to-face events. Job Requirements:Here's what you'll be doing: - Help with the development of content, write emails, and digital marketing tactics, events, and programs that identify new buyers and develop awareness and relevance for Client Public Sector solutions. - Goals will be focused on leads, pipeline, pipeline progression, and revenue. - Support and deliver pipeline growth for specific products and capabilities targeting key buyers and influencers. - Collaborate and align across Field Marketing on the demand generation calendar to ensure high quality, effectively sequenced targeted content. - Support reporting frameworks for clear communication with sales and marketing leaders to share marketing performance trends. - Support with the management of written, oral, and presentation communications to key stakeholders across the business. Experience/Skills Required or Desired: - 5+ years of professional experience in a fast-paced marketing environment - Experience with public sector organizations is a plus - Highly organized and detail-oriented. - Default to execution with the ability to write materials that present complex concepts effectively across multiple personas, and at both the tactical and executive levels. - Highly efficient team player, with the ability to also work independently in a fast-paced, fluid, sometimes ambiguous environment. - High energy and the ability to manage multiple initiatives. - Works well under pressure and in a high-growth environment that is constantly changing. - Track record for delivering under tight deadlines. - Experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns that deliver high impact. - Strong communication skills including storytelling with data and in presentations As an equal opportunity employer, ICONMA prides itself on creating an employment environment that supports and encourages the abilities of all persons regardless of race, color, gender, age, sexual orientation, citizenship, or disability.
