This candidate will work as part of a collaborative team to discover, validate, and build solutions to solve business problems using product, agile, and DevOps practices.Key ResponsibilitiesDeveloping software solutions as part of a cross-functional team.Create functional UIs based on designs produced by the UX team.Support multilingual (i18n), and accessible (WCAG) interfaces.Follow secure coding best practices (OWASP Top 10, SANS Top25).Provide quality assurance through automation of front-end unit/integration tests (TDD/BDD).Coordinate in close collaboration with other team members and stakeholders to deliver on requirements.Actively sharing in responsibility for meeting team commitments.Producing technical documentation as needed.Initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes to solve problems.Passion for implementing practical solutions and creating delightful customer experiences.Desire to help implement reusable, scalable, maintainable, and well-tested solutions.Interest in security-first mindset and secure coding practices.Ability to operate respectfully and effectively as part of a team.Other duties as assigned.Core Skills and BehaviorsBuilding RelationshipsCommunicationNavigating in a Virtual EnvironmentalCore ValuesOperational ExcellenceCustomer FocusProblem SolvingInfluencingResults DrivenSkills, Experience and EducationExpert knowledge in JavaScript (TypeScript preferred).Strong experience with React, Vue, or similar frontend libraries.Advanced knowledge of modern web browser technologies and advanced capabilities (HTML5, CSS3).Full-stack capable (back-end API experience preferred).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Minimum of 5 years' experience in software development.At least 3 years of professional experience with modern front-end web development frameworks.BS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.Experience with building single-page apps (SPAs) using React components/libraries.Experience with Agile, SDLC, and modern development standards and best practices (OOP, API's, TDD).Familiarity with standard branching and versioning via Git & Gitflow.Familiarity with local development environments (Docker containers, Unix command line).Familiarity with DevOps, specifically CI/CD pipelines using AWS, Docker Containers, ECS/Fargate.US Candidates only.EOE, including disability/vets.
