We offer a highly competitive compensation and benefits package to the right person for this key position.Job Description:ECS Federal is seeking a Software Engineer to support the execution of a variety of projects including Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning and Big Data/Cloud Solutions. This position requires strong technical leadership skills in various software languages, machine learning architecture and enterprise application integration. The candidate works closely with the technical team to swiftly prototype and develop solutions in an agile environment and deploy capabilities to the operational end user. The candidate cultivates an environment that promotes customer service, excellence in communication, innovation, collaboration, and teamwork. The Software Engineer performs in a multidisciplinary team environment with tight deadlines. Job Responsibilities: Develops software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, and studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes. Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions. Establish and meet projected timelines and work independently or as a member of a team. Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and service issues.
