This role is located in Thurmont, MD and is hiring immediately!NVR's manufacturing plant located in Thurmont, MD, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Care Associate, your empathy and interpersonal skills will help you provide exceptional customer care to NVR homeowners. You'll be able to leverage your experience with customers to evaluate a caller's issue and troubleshoot with them to help turn around a difficult situation.
