What you'll do Develop and communicate a risk-based and data-driven strategy and roadmap for enterprise security services and solutions, in partnership with engineering and operations partners, customers, and other stakeholdersAnalyze and select alternatives based on threat, risk, desirability, feasibility, and viabilityAdvise executive decision makers based on business and technology risk grounded in threatMaintain technical and risk credibility with your own team and with partners across the enterprise Maintain close ties to developers across the company, ensuring the services we create meet their needs as products evolveIterate quickly and see the products through to production and scaleEstablish product value propositions, metrics, and key indicators Recruit, motivate, mentor, and lead talent to be their bestBasic Qualifications:High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certificationAt least 8 years of experience in CybersecurityAt least 5 years of experience in IT Delivery projectsAt least 3 years of experience in an Agile environmentPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree5+ years of experience in Agile product management3+ years of experience in public cloud security and multi-cloud environments2+ years of experience working with secure SDLC solutions and CI/CD pipelines2+ years of experience with software vulnerability management2+ years of experience with managed cyber services (Risk reviews, Threat modeling)Professional certifications: CISSP, GIAC, CISM, CCSP, CISA, CRISC, SAFe Product ManagementAt this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.No agencies please.
