KnifeCenter is a busy e-commerce company and we need highly motivated, talented, computer-proficient Customer Service Representatives to join our team and work in a fast-paced environment.Job Duties & Responsibilities: - Answer incoming customer calls in a prompt and friendly manner, displaying an appropriate toneof voice- Quickly navigate through our Access based Order Management system -- placing orders,checking status of existing orders, validating orders, returns, etc.- Responding to customer emails in a kind and professional manner while being able to quicklymove from one email to anotherCandidate Qualifications: - Solid computer literacy is a must (MS Programs especially)- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's Degree Preferable)- Prior Customer Service experience- Demonstrated job stability- Strong attention to detail, time management, and decision-making skills- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment- Perfect attendance.
