Human Resources Manager

NetAbstraction is seeking an experienced, well-rounded Human Resources manager to run the day-to-day people operations. Your Responsibilities:Partner with HR leadership to understand and execute the organizations human resource and talent strategy; particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.Manage company benefit programs and act as main point-of-contact for employee questions.Responsible for the talent acquisition process, that includes recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants.Select and report on KPIs to optimize onboarding, recruiting processes, and employee engagement.May assist with analyzing trends in compensation and benefits and conducting research to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.Develop and implement best in class onboarding and offboarding programsResponsible for employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Recommended best practices and may develop and review policies and practices to support compliance.Administers annual compliance trainingMaintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.Work with Global Empoyer Organization (GEO) to onboard hires in international locations.Leverage HRIS platform to streamline onboarding, offboarding, compliance training, recruitment, and employee communications.Manages data across multiple benefits, compensation, government and HRIS platforms and keep accurate records.Develop administrative and junior human resources staff.Performs other duties as assigned.Qualifications and Skills Required:B.S in related field and 3-5 years experience in human resources, preferably in a high-growth company.Experience with benefits, talent acquisition, and all aspects of talent management.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.Excellent organizational skills.Strong attention to detail.Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn BambooHR, LinkedIn recruiter and other talent management systems.NetAbstraction, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
