Job is located in Richmond, VA.Job responsibilities include-Performing multi point inspection of maintenance related items, topping off fluids, and safety inspection of tires and brakesPerform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacement, and basic fluid services.Drive vehicles in and out of service bay in a safe and timely mannerCompleting all required documentation to keep in compliance with policy and proceduresMaintaining a clean work space and personal appearance while performing services.Continuing training through Mopar Performance InstituteMinimum Qualifications:Must be at least 18 years of ageHigh School Diploma or GEDPrevious work experience with at least 1 year as a general service technician or higher in a repair facility required. 2+ preferred but not requiredGood driving record (must be approved by our current insurance company- reviewed upon application)Ability to drive manual transmission vehiclesNot required, but state inspector preferred, but must be able to be qualified within 1 year of employmentStrong work ethic, with an attentiveness to taking care of the guestStrong attention to detailAbility to use hand and power toolsAbility to stand for long periods of timeAbility to bend at knees/waistAbility to lift and bend up to 50+lbsAbility to read and comprehend written instructions and informationDemonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skillsBenefits:On the Job Training and web training through Mopar Performance InstitutePaid training for all instructor led/in classroom trainingRegular raises as new levels of training are achievedNO SUNDAYS (rotating Saturday shifts)Our team members also enjoy a comprehensive benefits program including: MedicalDental401(k) PlanPaid VacationPaid Holiday and Sick payIf this is something that interests you, please send in your resume and a copy of your DMV Driving Record TODAY!We are an equal opportunity employer.
