To coordinate and conduct moderately complex system analyses through data acquisition and modeling. To Identify, coordinate, document, and implement business requirements by determining solutions that enhance business systems, as well as provides support to business operations and processes under general supervision. Being proactive to analyze business needs to develop and implement solutions that leverage systems and processes with a moderate degree of latitude. Work with the business to understand their needs, related to information technology and enhance business process by promoting new functionality. Using working knowledge of the organization's technology infrastructure and specific software applications, assist the business to implement strategic vision through technology and begins work or undertakes a project on their own initiative, without needing to be told or encouraged to do so.ResponsibilitiesEvaluate operational efficiency and effectivenessAnalyze information, requirements, data, work quality, work methods, processes, service specific practices, standards, and metrics/statisticsUses elicitation techniques to gather information at the right level of detail and scope to represent all the stakeholder's needsAnalyze, define, and document technical design for data, workflow, logical processes, hardware and operating systems environment, interface with other systems, internal and external controls, and outputIdentifying business requirements (eg, needs, objectives, functions, features, input, and output)Serve as a technical point of contact to support the business Product Owner on core fraud systemsDevelop, recommend, and document adjustments to workflow to streamline processesCoordinate integration of solutions with existing applications; You are paid within the salary range, based on your experience, location and market position.The salary range for this position is: Level II: $35.50 Hourly to $46.00 Hourly Level III: $85,800 to $121,300Due to COVID-19 and social distancing, this position will be temporarily working from home with plans to return to campus at the desired location listed once Navy Federal is back to normal operations.
