Job Summary/Company: Sparks Group has partnered with a security services organization seeking a Sales Manager to oversee all outside sales. If you are driven and bring proven success in service industry sales , this opportunity brings uncapped potential with a top provider in the capital region. This position would require travel to client sites as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Create, develop, and promote business relationships to position organization as most requested provider
- Generate leads through innovation, extensive engagement, and follow up
- Follow up and execute on warm and cold leads
- Coordinate client meetings to maximize opportunities
- Work closely with the Divisional Director and operations team to demonstrate capabilities during the sales process
- Instill confidence in the value of services and competence during implementation
- Submit proposals and conduct follow ups to maintain communication throughout the sales lifecycle.
- Conduct business with highest level of ethical and professional standards
- Create reports and presentations, update client information, and manage CRM database
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 3-5 years outside sales experience in B2B sales, preferably in security or other service-based industry
- Ability to work in team environment
- Proven track record of high performing sales
- Ability to leverage social media and professional networks
- High level of customer service, communication, and writing skills
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM databases
- Involvement with AOBA, BOMA, IREM, and/or IFMA preferred
