You are committed to championing new ideas, strategies or concepts to ensure that the business is retained and the client is satisfied.You will:Answer inbound calls from Service Technicians and Third Party VendorsTroubleshoot issuesProcess incoming emails dailyUtilize SAP to research contracts and to order meters and/or equipment replacementsProvide excellent communication and follow-up with Service Reps, Client Service Managers, Field SupervisorsYou must adapt to situations that require a strong customer service aptitudeYour background:1 year customer service experience within a team environment receiving inbound phone callsExperience in quickly shifting focus from one task to anotherExperience in follow up through phone, fax, and email correspondence to answer questions and provide resolutions to any issues out in the fieldMust be PC literate (MSWord/Excel/Outlook) and experienced in documenting field activities, customer information, and using Service Max and/or SFDCWe will:Provide the opportunity to grow and develop your careerOffer an inclusive environment that encourages diverse prospective and ideasDeliver challenging and unique opportunities to contribute to the success of a transforming organizationOffer comprehensive benefits globally ()Our Team:Our Sending Technology Solutions business provides innovative mailing and shipping solutions that enable small and medium businesses to simplify their sending operations and deliver greater value to their customers.
