Top 10 Sales Talent, one of North America's leading boutique software sales staffing agencies, is seeking a Recruiting Operations Manager to support our clients and recruiters by effectively organizing and coordinating high-volume interview activity. This is a work-from-home opportunity in the Phoenix area. ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and schedule phone screens and video interviews between Top 10 Clients and Top 10 Candidates.You will be the point person among the Client Hiring Manager, Client HR team, Top 10 Candidates, and Top 10 Recruiters.Complete limited data entry using our Bullhorn CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool.Submit candidates through various Client Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).Post and refresh LinkedIn job advertisements.Conduct some outbound LinkedIn searches as time permits.Administrative tasks as needed. Role requirements - hard skillsYou have a passion for attention to detail.Scheduling experience preferred.You are more efficient with CRM, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other business tools than 90 percent of your peers.Experience using LinkedIn Navigator or Recruiter helpful but not required.Experience using Bullhorn or another CRM/ATS will move you to the top of the list.You have exquisite business writing skills - we will ask for writing samples.Excellent communication skills (via phone, email, text).Ability to be personable.Patience.Ability to multi-task and solve problems quickly.
