So are our product demo requests and customer queries & requests regarding our products and hacking content, especially in the US market. This is why we are in search of a Sales Engineer, who will join our sales team and partner with our Account Executives to create a great customer experience, by providing clarity around our HTB content and by fostering excitement about Hack The Box for Business. Given how product-oriented this position is, e xperience with the HTB platform will be a HUGE plus. You will be responsible, primarily for doing demos to new prospects, as well as farming back into existing customers to ensure high renewal, up-selling, cross-selling, and customer satisfaction. Note: Youll be working in the US Eastern Time zone. For this reason, candidates from this time zone will be preferred. About Hack The Box Hack The Box is an online platform that allows its users to test, train and enhance their penetration testing skills as well as to exchange ideas and methodologies with other members of similar interests by playing with real-world security issues and vulnerabilities, that are constantly refreshed. HTB community consists of over 800k cybersecurity enthusiasts who use our platform to build their skills in a fun and gamified way. Apart from the community, our b2b solution is used by over 700 corporations, consulting firms, non-profit organizations, and education institutes to train their personnel on cybersecurity. Responsibilities Support Account Executives with solution selling and customer queries Successfully match customer pain/requirements to proposed solutions Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition Capture technical requirements Manage technical aspects of RFP / RFI responses Identify and explore new sales opportunities Effectively communicate client needs to the product team for future product enhancements Collect and document competitive intelligence Capture technical requirements Requirements Previous experience as sales engineer OR at least apprenticeship/internship in a cybersecurity department Network engineering knowledge Understanding of the structure/roles/needs of cybersecurity departments Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy to understand manner Experience with Hack The Box platform is highly desirable Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Benefits Why work at Hack The Box?
