TelForce Group is looking for a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition in the Richmond, VA area. This is a Direct Hire position. The Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition will oversee all aspects of the Company's human-capital strategy. Responsibilities will include employee recruitment and retention, organization of performance reviews; oversight of health and retirement benefit plans with the assistance of the Company's third-party brokers and vendors, incident tracking, investigation & resolution, payroll processing, and supporting other functional managers with training & record keeping. Initially, the primary focus of time will be recruiting new fiber optic field technicians and supervisors in central Virginia to support the Company's rapid growth. Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition Description: . Develop and implement strategies and tactics to maintain organizational health and our awesome Company culture . Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies tailored for each role by considering industry standards and the needs of the organization . Lead job posting and advertisement processes; screen applicants and select qualified candidates; maintain an effective candidate tracking system . Assist with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders . Collaborate with the hiring manager during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details . Work collaboratively with business leadership to implement standardized onboarding processes and employee engagement programs to improve overall company culture and retention . Maintain benefits and wellness programs, such as health insurance and 401K plans, with the assistance of the Company's third-party vendors and brokers . Manage payroll processing; coordinate with supervisors to identify and correct timeclock inaccuracies . Maintain accurate employee records and privacy . Assist supervisors with disciplinary matters . Continually assess human-capital policies and procedures and recommend improvements to senior management; implement new policies & procedures Job Requirements:Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition Qualifications: . 5+ years of progressive work experience in human resources functions . Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent work experience . Familiarity with a variety of HR concepts, practices, and procedures . Experience with managing company benefit plans . Strong business acumen and the ability to influence and develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders, including executives and managers . Excellent verbal and written communication skills . Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics . Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles . Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
