Hire Digital is looking for an analytical and effective Sales Development Representative to join the team. This is a remote position and we welcome candidates from any location. RESPONSIBILITIESOwn the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and prospecting to product demonstrations, negotiation, and execution of closing strategies, to the final stage of bringing new clients on board.You will be responsible for the entire sales process within a region and pitch Hire Digital's solutions to potential clients.Drive revenue growth through consultative sales and development of strategic proposals.Collaborate with Marketing, account managers, and Talent Team on operational strategy, and execution of strategic targets.Educate customers on our offerings and evangelize key wins.Create a high-level network for events and follow-up, working closely with Marketing resources.Break into new lines of business groups within the defined Accounts.REQUIREMENTS1-3 years of consultative sales experience.Strong preference for candidates from backgrounds in the digital consulting fields, including software product development, digital marketing, e-commerce, analytics, and content production.Ability to create and refine sales programs for rapid scaling.Very strong communication and collaborative skills.Proven success in prospecting and running virtual sales calls.Fluent and articulate in the English language.
