Gallagher Foundation helping to raise awareness about teenage depression and anxiety.Job SummaryThe Sales Development Representative will work closely with our sales and marketing team and will focus entirely on supporting our sales quotas by qualifying and capturing leads. This individual will contact businesses by phone and email to deliver scripted conversations, to persuade potential clients to take the next step in the sales process, such as accepting follow up phone calls, setting appointments, viewing demonstrations, attending open houses or other events. A successful SDR will be a goal-oriented self-starter who loves meeting and engaging new people. They will accelerate their career in a fast-paced and competitive environment with a high-growth and industry-leading organization supported by experienced and accomplished leadership.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:Consistently schedule qualified sales meeting appointments for the sales team. Make 50 phone calls per day to prospects within our ideal client profile or identified as a marketing qualified lead with the goal to schedule meetings for sales representatives with prospective clients.Meet weekly outbound activity goals of 500+ emails, 200+ phone calls, and maintain a professional image on LinkedIn.Work in tandem with sales, marketing, business development to create proactive client campaigns to secure new business.Learn any tools necessary to be successful: Microsoft Office Suite, HubSpot, Vidyard, etc. Be competitive and motivated to achieve results. Highly motivated, competitive, goal-oriented, hunter-mentality. Exemplary written, verbal and presentation skills. Proficient in the latest web technologies, Microsoft Office, and working knowledge of various operating systems.Demonstrated adaptability, flexibility, and willingness to work in a collaborative team environment.Exhibits the ability to take initiative, operate with a sense of accountability/urgency and follow-through to meet deadlines.Projects a positive image in representing our company to clients and in the community.BA/BS in Sales, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent work experience in the HCM industry preferred.
