Description:JOB DUTIES: Order Management- Receives, enters, and manages customer purchase orders from order receipt to shipment of product. Review, research, and resolve customer ordering errors. Ensures customer satisfaction through prompt follow up (complaints, answer questions, track shipments, etc. and escalation as needed.Relationship Management-Build and sustain collaborative customer relationships by representing the business to customers, dedicated customer facing teams, and internal McCormick operations. Develop and communicate responses that maximize successful customer relationships.Daily/weekly interactions with customers, peers, and cross-functional peers.
