For more information, please visit: .ResponsibilitiesOur Finance and Accounting consultants help clients optimize all elements of their finance and accounting organization. This team guides clients in effective overall financial management as well as corporate performance management. The team possesses knowledge of core financial and accounting functions. Individuals typically have experience with improving companies' transactional and decision support processes to make each individual process more effective and operate in an efficient matter. Other core competencies include strong written and presentation skills.Accounts Payable: Examine process and prepare vouchers to pay invoices and/or billings received from commercial vendors and other government agencies.Travel Entitlements: Examine, process and compute payment of individual claims for reimbursement of authorized expenses about Permanent Change of Station (PCS) and Temporary Duty (TDY) travel personnel, both civilian and military.Payroll: Maintain the official pay and leave records and processing biweekly payroll for civilian personnel assigned to specified agencies, and throughout the Intelligence Community. This includes processing and computing various allowances and pay differentials.Accounts Receivable: Support accounts receivable activities with the accounts payable, travel entitlements, and payroll activities:Examine, process and prepare vouchers to pay invoices/bills from commercial vendors and government agencies.Update contract files ensuring financial data in the accounting system and obligation documents.Proficiency in establishing financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting financial information.QualificationsThe following qualifications are required to be considered for this role:Due to our contractual requirements, to be eligible for this role, you must be fully COVID-19 vaccinated at time of hireAn ACTIVE AND CURRENT TOP SECRET/SCI clearance with a COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI) polygraphA High School degreeThe following skills/knowledge/experience are preferred for this role:Minimum Year(s) of Experience: Not required but three (3) to five (5) years financial accounting experience preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office applications of Work and Excel, and basic NT type computer skillsShall read, and apply basic regulations applicable to accounts payable, travel and entitlements and payroll. (eg Prompt pay regulations, Joint Travel regulations (JTR) and Financial Management regulationsAdditional RequirementsThe successful candidate must not be subject to employment restrictions from a former employer (such as a non-compete) that would prevent the candidate from performing the job responsibilities as described.
