Please join us as we make a difference in the lives of newcomers.DUTIESExecute the full cycle of the recruitment process, including reviewing and developing job descriptions, posting positions to our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), researching appropriate recruiting sources for ad positioning, and posting jobs. This includes utilizing social media, job boards, and online electronic resources. Source passive candidates and develop a network of industry professionals, ensuring that LIRS is well-positioned as an employer of choice.Navigate the ATS and other recruitment tracking tools to ensure timely and accurate documentation of applicant data throughout the process. Review resumes and submits qualified candidates to hiring teams ensuring every position has a diverse slate of candidates.Conduct screening calls and recommends candidates for progression.Develop behavior-based interview questions tied to position requirements. Facilitate and actively lead and participate in interview panels.Schedule interviews with hiring teams which may include the use of technology and/or reserving and preparing facilities and equipment and administering assessment tests as required. Coordinate logistics and travel as needed. Collect interview feedback, facilitate, and influence final hiring decisions to include scheduling and participating in interview team debriefings. Extend offer and disposition candidates.Coordinate background and reference checks as needed.Individually or in collaboration with team members, organize recruitment events and attend job fairs as needed. Perform other special projects and duties as assigned.In addition to the above core responsibilities, the Recruiter should:Bring a consultative approach and expertise to hiring managers and teamsEnjoy bringing new ideas and creativity to sourcing and hiringBe solution-oriented and comfortable with a dynamic and challenging environmentQUALIFICATIONSBachelor's Degree preferred.Minimum of 1- 3 years of related experience in human resources or recruitment preferred; transferrable skills and experience in a high volume, professional outreach, sales, or another client-facing role may be considered for individuals who understand our industry coupled with a desire to become a professional recruiter.Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Good analytical and judgment skills to identify and resolve problems.Proven ability to assess priorities and manage a variety of complex activities simultaneously with excellent time management.Excellent customer services skills. A high level of confidentiality is required matched with a deep respect for and commitment to protecting sensitive information.Strong computer skills, with proven experience in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
