About the RoleWe are seeking a Digital Marketing Analyst to support our growing marketing needs to help collect and analyze marketing data, develop measurement strategies for digital and partner marketing campaigns, and track overall performance. As the analyst, you will prepare campaign results, create data visualizations, and present insights and findings to colleagues and clients. You will be responsible for collecting and interpreting data from various marketing activities, campaigns, website, platforms and other sources. If you are passionate about digging into multiple sources of data to analyze and gleaning insight and provide direction from data, then this is the right opportunity for you.You will also be expected to:As the data subject matter expert, you will use a variety of data sources to blend and join data for efficient deliveryA typical day for you involves the collection, aggregation and evaluation of data - and by leveraging advanced visualization techniquesCollect and analyze customer, marketing, and web behavioral dataTest campaigns, analyze key metrics and identify opportunities to increase campaign performanceDevelop and present learnings from analyses, including actionable insights and recommendationsDeveloping digital campaign and web measurement strategiesCreate dashboards, data visualizations, and campaign and website performance reportsMonitor and analyze digital media and marketing trendsCommunicate and present to colleagues, senior managers, and clientsWork cross-functionally with the marketing team to establish, track and analyze KPIsAssist with campaign creation to maximize performance measurementDrive insights with the ability to analyze competitive and market trends and recommend tactics for campaign strategiesReporting - set up conversion goals, obtain, analyze and translate data using Google Analytics and other advertising platforms into actionable insights.Experience synthesizing information and presenting concise analyses to executives on a weekly basisAbout YouBachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics or related fieldA minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing analyst role or equivalentExcellent analytical and numerical skills, creativity with great problem-solving skillsStrong technical skills and comfortable with multiple platforms and synthesizing data from multiple sourcesExperience with multiple marketing tech stack platforms including, but not limited to, Salesforce, Pardot, WordPress,Comfort presenting actionable insights from digital marketing strategies to inform strategic directionDetail-oriented, curious and works well within a teamStrong desire to work with numbers, analytical mind and experience with marketing KPIsExperience with analytical and reporting tools like Domo, Google Analytics, and Data StudioKnowledge of digital marketing across social, display, and programmatic platformsStrong analytical and strategic thinking skillsExcellent interpersonal and collaboration skillsStrong communication and presentation skillsAbout UsBrivo is the global leader in mobile, cloud-based access control for commercial real estate, multifamily residential, and large distributed enterprises.
