OBIEE Administrator Salient CRGT Inc. is seeking an OBIEE Administrator for an Enterprise Data and Analytics Systems (EDAS) program team located in Alexandria, VA. This is a high visibility role and provides an opportunity to interact with our customers and end users. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, quick learner and has a track record of being capable of wearing multiple hats in a BI/DW/Data Analytics program. The candidate must have good understanding of Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, SDLC, and possesses excellent technical and consulting skills. Key responsibilities Perform the following tasks with little to no supervision: OBIEE administration supportOBIEE catalog/RPD migrationsOBIEE improvementsActivities related to SSO and role managementOBIEE performance testingOBIEE patches and upgradesOBIEE support related to Infrastructure team activities (eg Oracle patching and monthly password resets, LINUX/Windows/AWS patching)OBIEE report/dashboard developmentCapacity Planning activitiesInteract with stakeholders (technical and non-technical), both internal to the program, as well as other teams within the Division of Information SystemsAnalysis, trouble shooting and resolution of HelpDesk ticketsContribute to the analysis, planning and execution of the migration from OBIEE 220.127.116.11 to Oracle Analytics ServerInteract with Project Managers, Business Analysts, ETL/BI developers and Data Modelers during the SDLC Requirements: Bachelor's Degree - preferably in computer science, information systems or related field8+ years of Software development experience5+ years of Business Intelligence/Data Warehousing experience3+ years of OBIEE admin experienceExperience executing OBIEE patches/upgradesStrong SQL skillsExcellent verbal and written communications skillsAbility to work with ETL developers, data modelers and Business Intelligence developers to solve issues/defects and develop business solutions.Ability to work independentlyMust have the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.Flexibility in commuting to Alexandria, VA (remote work during pandemic) COVID Policy: New employees will be required to adhere to the Company's and its clients' vaccination policies and all related COVID-19 safety procedures, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
