Donaldson is looking for an Construction Key Holder Technician for a residential apartment community located in Hyattsville, MD. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, pulling apartment keys, un-locking doors for contractors, complete daily work report, ensure contractors clean up after work is done, lock up residents doors, write up and deliver notices for construction work, filing and walk units to place supply orders. Must be extremely organized and motivated to assist the Construction Manager in daily renovation operations of busy apartment community. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred. Strong written and oral communication skills are a must and computer skills are essential. Previous experience is not required. Reliable transportation is required.
