Reporting to the COO of the Direct-to-Consumer ("DTC") division, we are looking for a marketing and growth executive to drive acquisition and sustainable growth of subscribers.Company DTC - VP Marketing and Growth Responsibilities:Responsible for marketing and growth function of a new DTC sports platform, including customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and other brand strategies related to driving company subscriber targetsLead, mentor and build the team responsible for driving subscriber growth and retentionCreate and implement strategic initiatives across various marketing functions including performance marketing, events, social media marketing, product marketing and partnershipsEstablish processes and programs to drive sustained consumer engagementWork with senior sports leadership team to define cross platform brand message; conduct competitive and market analysis to determine and highlight key differentiatorsWork closely with Heads of Sales, Content, Gamification, and Product to enhance and align effortsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field, MBA preferredDemonstrated success in driving customer acquisition and retention for SVOD platformsSuccessfully built, scaled and led high performing marketing teamsExperience in using data and analytics for decision making and measuring marketing effectiveness as well as creating a culture of structured experimentation and iteration to drive growthAdept at building relationships and liaising with multiple stakeholders and thrive in matrix environmentsPassion for sports
