job summary:Finance Director A commercial and government contractor in the security and intelligence space seeks a Finance Director for its National Capitol Region HQ's outside of Leesburg, VA. This position oversees various financial functions such as budgeting, auditing, forecasting, and analysis. Provides management with financial analysis and reporting to ensure costs are controlled and profits are maximized. Develops and administers account budgets and financial plans. Ensures compliance with client contract, internal policies and procedures as well as DAR, FAR and other government regulations; Participates in the preparation and review of cost proposals and contract modifications.
