Peraton serves as a valued partner to essential government agencies across the intelligence, space, cyber, defense, civilian, health, and state and local markets.Peraton is looking for a Senior Principal Systems Administrator who will perform administering user accounts, performing server subsystem configuration, network management, installation of software, performing backups, configuration management, and general system maintenance.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree and at least 9 professional experience or a high school diploma and thirteen years professional experienceStrong Systems Administration experience administering user accounts, performing server subsystem configuration, network management, installation of software, performing backups, configuration management, and general system maintenanceMust have five (5) years experience with cross platform system administration (Linux, Solaris, Windows)Must have the ability to write VBScript/Perl/Shell scriptsMust have experience with server virtualizationActive TS/SCI with polygraph clearancePreferred Qualifications:Experience with Weblogic 10.0 or laterFamiliarity with the installation and configuration in a FOSS/COTS/GOTS environmentUnderstanding of how C/C++, DBMS and Perl work togetherUnderstanding of analytical needs and requirements.
