A Director of Human Resources with a deep passion for leading people in hospitality is who we are seeking.Director of Human Resources Responsibilities: Supervises the staff of the Human Resources Department, including External Recruitment Specialists. Maintains effective associate relations among the company' s associates by establishing the Human Resources department as an associate advocate/liaison and as a resource for managers and staff at all levels. Reviews and recommends changes/improvement of the Companies policies, procedures, and practices on human resources-related matters to Senior Management; ensures that proper compliance is followed. Participates as an active member of the Executive Team, offering ideas and feedback to team members in support of the company mission and vision.Director of Human Resources Requirements: Requires a bachelor s degree in Human Resources and five or more years progressive managerial experience in the human resources field, (hospitality industry experience preferred). SHRM and/or HRCI certification preferred. Outstanding interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills Ability to contribute both strategically and operationally to the company s functioning and growth. Ability to multi-task, work independently, and prioritize tasks to meet goals.
