Were searching for an experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team.You will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion. In this role you will work directly with senior leadership and see your ideas come to fruition.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESReporting to the Sr VP of Sales & Operations, this role is responsible for the following: Serve as a key contributor to the marketing strategy through the development, design, and dissemination of print and digital communications Obtain a thorough understanding of our products, internal standards, and differentiators to develop strategies aimed at increasing effective communications and brand awareness Assist with all internal and external marketing and communication campaigns and initiatives to enhance lead generation Write, schedule, design, and deploy content for social campaigns while adhering to brand voice and guidelines Provide generalist support across a wide array of focus areas and operational workstreams, including marketing best practices, graphic design and promotional campaigns Provide support for virtual and live events, including digital and print marketing, social media promotion, scriptwriting, PowerPoint decks, handouts, and other deliverables. Assist in the maintenance and updates of Company website Analyze existing marketing collateral with a critical eye to Identify and improve current processes when needed Assist in execution of marketing plans to reach target audience through identified segments Create, maintain, and distribute monthly analytics reports showing achievement of critical metrics regarding lead generation, engagement, content creation, and other KPIs Provide assistance and support for other marketing and communications activities, projects across departments, as requested, while maintaining a professional, efficient, and timely workflow. Other duties, as assignedQUALIFICATIONSThe ideal candidate is ambitious, creative, personable, resourceful and hard-working a leader adept at decision-making, problem-solving and multi-tasking. Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or related field, and 1-3 years of relevant experience Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams and Salesforce. Working knowledge in the Adobe Creative Suite, preferably Illustrator and InDesign is a plus. Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills Attention to detail for precise analysis of data Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Must be able to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and projects while maintaining a high level of accuracy in a deadline-driven environment.
