Manager, Brand Social & Content Analytics -- Brand

We're looking for an experienced marketing analytics leader who can work across multiple teams & stakeholders to support measurement, reporting, and analysis for our Brand social & content team. This person will help shape the short- & long-term visions for how our team uses data to optimize our marketing efforts spanning paid social, long-form content, influencers, and more. The ideal candidate will be an experienced marketing analyst with a proven track record developing measurement frameworks, defining KPIs, and conducting analyses that lead to strategic insights

What You'll Do
  • Develop & implement a vision for how our Brand social & content marketing teams use data to optimize campaign activations and channel performance
  • Lead a team of 1-3 associates to report on channel & content performance to leadership and stakeholders
  • Expand our understanding of the customer journey, and how various social & content touchpoints contribute to that journey
  • Prove the value of our social & content efforts through development of measurement frameworks, scalable reporting solutions, and analytics that influence strategic direction
  • Lead discussions with leadership to guide prioritization of high-leverage opportunities related to social & content measurement and analytics
  • Collaborate with content & channel leads to create learning agenda & support testing agendas, either through A/B in-market tests or controlled testing environments

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or military experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing measurement & analytics


Preferred Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in web analytics
  • At least 2 years of people leadership experience, preferably in an analytics function
