US Federal Account Executive - Civilian The US Federal Account Executive (Civilian) will be responsible for expanding and growing territories for the UiPath Federal team. As an Account Executive, you will be a primary contributor to our rapidly growing, highly visible vertical. You must be a tireless hunter who lives for finding, developing and expanding opportunities for new business. You will use your sales, negotiation and leadership skills to prospect, and conduct lead generation techniques and sell the leading, de facto standard in Robotic Process Automation Software. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of crafting and delivering on an Enterprise sales strategy to sell across many lines of business as well as to CxO leadership within an Agency. This is what you will do at UiPath * Inbound lead follow-up and status update through the company CRM system * Outbound prospecting/Lead generation * Qualify inbound and outbound leads * Schedule product demos for qualified customers * Manage accounts by building and fostering client relationships through personalized contact, understanding of client's needs, and ability to communicate solution values of products and services * Accurately forecast opportunities based upon realistic assessments * Meet/exceed assigned revenue goals * Partner with field representatives to include, Developers, Customer Success Managers and FSI partner manager. This is what you will bring to UiPath * 5+ years of experience in selling enterprise IT solutions (BI, data analytics, machine learning, BPM and Artificial Intelligence) * Consultative sales experience and challenging companies/businesses to think differently * 3+ years of recent experience calling on Civilian agencies - preferred candidates to have experience at Department of State. * Successful in finding and uncovering new opportunities with prospects and existing business, cold calling and hunting for business * Own and managed the entire sales process and cycle from start to finish * Proven track record of exceeding goals and quota * Consistent track record of success in consultative sales environments * Consistent track record of developing new business and managing sales cycle, from generating leads through closing * Able to meet regularly with customers [SM1] [TF2] * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * A logical and analytical thinker * Demonstrated negotiation skills * Strong technical aptitude * Strong computer skills - CRM system, Word, Excel, Salesforce.com a plus * Exceptional organizational skills with the proven ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks to meet deadlines * Self-starter able to work independently but also a contributing member of a team * Excellent conflict resolution skills * Highly motivated and professional, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills * History of successful technology sales to LOB, procurement, and CxO leadership * Full understanding of the complexity of selling to Civilian agencies * Bachelor's Degree Marketing or Science, or equivalent experience Responsibilities and Deliverables * Ability to develop the strategic goals and tactical plans necessary to identify, prospect and connect with targeted accounts * Expertly drive a complex sales cycle with decision makers and engage internal customer stakeholders * Work with our world-class Sales Engineers to uncover customer needs, lead discovery, produce demos, and delivery use cases * Use the defined UiPath sales playbook, land and expand, to drive new revenue growth * Negotiate contracts, and win business within the Federal marketplace * Deliver accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and sales campaigns * Accountability for quarterly and annual revenue targets * #LI-CH Life at UiPath can sometimes feel like a roller coaster.
