Corporate Recruiter Long & Foster Companies, Inc. is currently seeking a customer-focused Corporate Recruiter who has proven experience with full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles from administrative and accounting to sales and executive management. You will work closely with Hiring Managers assessing their recruiting and business needs in order to successfully hire professionals in various areas of real estate including title, insurance, property services, vacation rentals, lead generation, and shared services. Responsibilities: Administer and execute recruitment processes throughout the company to hire for current openings and proactively develop pipeline for future talentUnderstand business needs to identify, develop, and execute recruiting strategies to hire and retain top talentPartner with HR Business Partners to facilitate and provide guidance on the hiring process to Hiring ManagersCoordinate with necessary teams to ensure new hires are set up with pre-employment paperwork and orientationManage ATS and candidate workflows to include creating job descriptions and maintaining high recruiting activityConduct and schedule phone and video interviewsInitiate background checks for new hiresEstablish networking and partnership opportunities to identify top talent including management of staffing agency partnerships and hiring through these agenciesPrepare and provide weekly reporting on recruitment activity, monthly reporting on staffing agency usage, and quarterly EEO reportingManage Employee Referral bonus programAdministrator for the Applicant Tracking System, Employment Screening Services, CompAnalyst, and CareerArc platforms Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experienceAdept in both traditional and creative recruiting approaches with a proven track record in utilizing social media to network and identify talentExceptional planning and organizational skills are required coupled with a strong sense of urgencyHave an understanding how business strategies link to recruiting initiativesMust be able to think strategically and execute tactically with a proven ability of leading by exampleCreative problem solver and team playerWe are seeking candidates who embrace diversity, equity and inclusion in a workplace where everyone feels valued and inspired.
