Olive is improving healthcare operations today, so everyone can benefit from a healthier industry tomorrow.Job OverviewAs a Partner Development Executive (PDE) at Olive, you will be responsible for inbound and outbound partnership requests, vetting, nurturing and converting leads and contacts into partner accepted meetings. By executing quick follow up and ongoing nurturing of contacts, you will have a large impact on the likelihood of those leads converting to opportunities and ultimately becoming Olive partners.You'll also be harvesting leads coming into the marketing funnel through active outreach, this role is crucial to the success of other marketing-related activities. These activities include meeting for events like trade shows, webinar support, and more. Reporting to the Manager of Market Development, with direct alignment with the Partnerships team, you will be responsible for setting qualified meetings across all partnership program types and tailoring the conversation to each audience (Deliver, Distribute, Deploy, Deliver, Alliance).Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesDefine and implement partner program-specific marketing plans at all stages of the funnel, industry trade shows and events, local seminars and events, webinars and email campaignsBuild thought leadership and awareness campaigns to educate the market on the company's POV, tied to key industry trendsLeverage product messaging and content tailoring as appropriate. Must be able to create content and understand the key initiatives and value proposition/messages that will resonate with Olive's target partnerStrategize, build and execute integrated field campaigns that involve email marketing, calling, direct mail marketing and other channels as neededProvide closed-loop reporting to measure the effectiveness of field marketing programs and identify areas for optimization. Transparent and frequent communication on prospecting effectiveness with the market development, partnerships and company leadership teamsCoordinate with the partnerships team on outreach activity; measurement of success against target objectives for campaigns running in your territoryDevelop and execute personalized plans for target partnersNurture and re-engage contacts who are not quite at the point of being a partnership fit, but would be a potential fit in the futureMaintain agreed upon response time to inbound lead inquiriesRequirements2+ years of experience working in healthcare technology sales, consulting, partnerships, or with a health system2+ years of experience in field marketing, account-based marketing or in a field-sales positionPrior experience utilizing Salesforce CRMAbility to work in a fast-paced, startup environment and creating urgency around a timeline that is optimal for both Olive and the prospective partnerDemonstrated success in fostering an inspiring team environment and a culture that promotes collaborationBachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent professional experienceAbility to work independently with limited supervision and be a self-starter in a fast-paced environmentStrong ability to communicate ideas and plans as well as align with cross-functional teams in order to execute effectivelyExcellent organizational skills including the ability to prioritize and complete multiple assignments simultaneouslyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent problem solving and critical reasoning skillsThis role can be located remotely across the United StatesAt Olive, we're committed to growing and empowering an inclusive community within our company and industry.
