Sales Development Representative

If you are a high-energy, goal-oriented individual, we want to talk to you.ResponsibilitiesFuel Ordway?s Pipeline and Growth and generate new business opportunities.Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of Ordway?s platform.Manage, track, and report on all activities and results using Salesforce.Outbound prospecting to businesses via cold calling, email, marketing campaigns, etc.Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, create/identify compelling events, and develop accounts.Exceed monthly/quarterly quotas for Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).RequirementsBachelors Degree (or equivalent experience) preferred, MBA a plus.Excellent teamwork and communication ability.1+ years of experience in Sales Development, Operations, Sales, and/or Finance.Ability to work in a high-energy sales team environment.A self-starter with a track record of successful, credible achievements.Passionate about technology, business, and winning.Proficient in using Salesforce and LinkedIn.BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary, equity, and a great benefits package.
