They have been in business for 85 years and constantly growing a leader in the construction industry! Due to growth, they are hiring a Accounting Clerk that will have a focus on Payroll and AP! Position is 100% in office. Free parking is onsite. Pay: $22-25 per hour, Mon-Fri, 8:00a - 5:00p. This position is temporary, but for the right candidate can become permanent! Overview of the Accounting Clerk (Payroll/AP) role: Responsible for assisting in the processing, monitoring, and reviewing of the bi-weekly payroll system. Review, batch, and process timecards. Assist in the review of employee change forms. Update and maintain accurate payroll files and records. Review and distribute payroll reports as needed. Certified payroll. Data Entry. Accounts Payable processing, coding, matching, batching, send off for approval. Preferred Qualifications for the Payroll Specialist: 2-4 years of Payroll/AP experience Sage is a plus Proficient in MS Excel Extremely organized, able to multi-task effectively and attentive to detail Must be detail oriented with the ability to work independently Fast and accurate data entry required #CFSFEB2021
