Position is 100% in office. Free parking is onsite. Pay: $22-25 per hour, Mon-Fri, 8:00a - 5:00p. This position is temporary, but for the right candidate can become permanent! Overview of the Accounting Clerk (Billing) role: AIA Billing Generate bills and invoices specific to customer accounts Deliver invoices to clients via digital and traditional mail services Process all payment using various pay services Reconcile all payment with account Send delinquent accounts to the collections department Generate monthly and quarterly reports Preferred Qualifications for the Accounting Clerk (Billing) 2-4 years of construction billing experience Sage is a plus Proficient in MS Excel Extremely organized, able to multi-task effectively and attentive to detail Must be detail oriented with the ability to work independently Fast and accurate data entry required #CFSFEB2021
