In this role, you will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and will be a hands-on business partner who helps direct and shape our growing organization. The Director of Human Resources will work closely with the CEO, COO, CTO, and Director of Business Operations to establish, implement and manage HR policies and programs across the company. The ideal candidate will bea true HR generalist, capable of managing all aspects of human resources including employee relations, performance management, recruiting and selection, benefits administration, compensation administration, compliance, and organizational development. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:Design company-wide human resources policies and programsCreate and execute recruiting strategy for junior through management level hires to include creative sourcing, behavioral interviewing, offer negotiation and onboardingManage company-wide benefits program to include reviewing existing benefits options, making recommendations on additional offerings, managing vendor contracts, and managing open enrollmentAmida Technology Solutions, Inc. Page 1Director of Human Resources Requisition - Req #0038 September/2018Lead company-wide performance review process to include development of employee Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and annual performance reviewsAssist leadership with compensation management to include making salary recommendations for new hires and existing employees based upon job title,qualifications, performance, location, market and size/health of company; Conduct annual review of salaries across the company to ensure equity of pay based on the same criteria Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues; Conduct effective, thorough, objective investigations and serve as an objective, third party in mediating conflictWork closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retentionProvide day-to-day performance management guidance to leadership to include coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actionsOversee employee led culture committee to include listening to concerns, offering guidance, taking action items and escalating issues to senior leadership as necessaryMaintain responsibility for organizational compliance with federal, state andlocal legislation pertaining to all personnel mattersServe as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and be an in-person presencefor both employees and leadership to answer questions and provide input into conversations as neededGenerate human resources data reports and board level presentations as necessaryREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or a related field10+ years of human resources experience with at least 5 years spent in a management roleWorking knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment lawsStrong background in employee relations and engagementPrior experience with talent acquisition and onboardingExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated problem solving skills with the experience to both navigate issues and develop action plansAbility to meet deadlines while juggling multiple requests and projectsExceptional people skills including the ability to work well with a wide variety of peopleA high level of discretion and emotional intelligenceA dependable team player who works collaboratively and cooperatively with others in a team-oriented environmentAmida Technology Solutions, Inc.
