Responsibilities: Overview:We are seeking an Office Administrator / HR Assistant to support office management functions and to provide administrative support to our Corporate HR. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your HR career. Qualifications: Provide administrative support to our corporate Human Resources department.Coordinate office activities and operationsto ensure office is operating smoothly.Act as front desk receptionist, greeting visitors and answering incoming phone calls.Manage office supply inventory and place orders as necessary.Review, scan and distribute incoming mail.Coordinate meeting set-up to include venue set-up, badging, video conferring set-up, etc.Assist with building and facilities management such as coordinating office maintenance and repairs, tenant relations and office security.Catering support (ordering food, food set-up for events or meetings)Assist with travel arrangements as needed.When onsite, act as receptionist to greet visitors and coordinate badging. Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements.Assist other departments with administrative support when necessary.Other duties as assigned to ensure organization is supported and efficient.
