BDRs perform an integral role in supporting the marketing and sales teams by proactively engaging and persistently following up with leads and prospects. BDRs are all about finding new business opportunities by ensuring that all channels are optimized and generating a constant flow of qualified opportunities for the sales team. The role requires a consultative approach to uncovering customer needs such as digital platform and Commerce ROI, use case cost savings, and increased revenue, thereby positioning RDA as a value-based digital integrator. The BDR will work remotely, with a preference living in EST or CST time zones.Responsibilities:Find new business opportunities by seeking new leads, qualifying, and passing the lead to Account Executives to start the sales pursuit processThoroughly learn, understand, and communicate the value-propositions of RDA to prospects and leadsPerform all the functions associated with growing, organizing, and maintaining a database of leads, prospects, and customers, including updating records, reports generation, and logging activities in the company Marketing Automation system (HubSpot)Assist with the planning and execution of marketing and sales-related projects, campaigns, and eventsStay abreast of competitive developments, identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertisingThe duties and responsibilities described herein are not a comprehensive list.
