Position Overview:This role will execute recruiting efforts across Commercial business line. Partner with hiring managers in understanding their talent needs and develop a plan to source the best and brightest talent and foster a diverse and inclusive culture. Represent the SitusAMC brand and EVP in the marketplace in a professional and positive mannerEssential Job Functions:Work with senior recruiters in executing scoping calls and scheduled periodic progress updates with hiring managersWork with hiring managers on new opportunities; participate in scoping calls; gain detailed understanding of role and responsibilities to initiate sourcingPost jobs internally and externally using company Applicant Tracking System and online job boardsDeliver "best in class" end-to-end candidate experience in initiating conversations with candidates, executing interviews, delivering feedback, and progressing candidates through the offer processComplete all sourcing and screening activities including reviewing resumes and identifying and approaching talent on job boards and in the broader marketplace to attract them to the businessConduct telephone interviews and assess candidates; conduct and schedule in-person interviews where needed to accurately assess candidates skills and experience overall fit for the businessPresent candidates to hiring managers highlighting relevant functional and behavioral qualifications for the positionBe the point of contact with hiring managers and candidates through the recruiting and hiring process; ensure interviews and feedback are done timely, manage the process till job is closed or filled and all candidates dispositioned in accordance with OFCC reporting requirementsSchedule interviews for hiring managers; collect and deliver feedback to candidate following such interviewCoordinate with human resources, talent management and training throughout the talent acquisition processProcess any relevant assessment tests; update Applicant Tracking System and activity toolsExtend verbal or contingent job offers depending online of business and communicate important employment informationInterface with internal and external recruiters involved in the talent acquisition processEnsure recruitment activities are comprehensively documented in the ATS, including but not limited to phone screen/interview notes, core competency classifications, compensation conversations, offers, other notes as neededCollaborate with team members in sharing learnings & best practices, and pitching in when there's workload imbalancesRun reports to help hiring managers gain clarity on their open positionsSupport compliance with federal, state & local regulations (eg OFCC, EEO) as well as SitusAMC corporate policies and diversity initiativesQualifications/ Requirements:Bachelors Degree related to HR or equivalent combination of education and experience3+ years end-to-end recruiting in Financial or Professional Services industries is required; experience in company industry strongly preferredAbility to assist senior-level recruiters in partnering with hiring managers to scope talent needs for open roles, and executing on recruitment plansAbility to work in a fast-paced culture and change priorities as needed and prioritize work to meet deadlinesStrong verbal and written communication skills. Able to interface with all levels of the organizationKnowledge of advanced sourcing techniques (including Boolean searching) and ability to engage talent in the marketplaceDemonstrate professional behavior, good organization skills, and strong attention to detailTeam player, capable of working independently, willingness to grow and learn, punctualityProficient technology skills in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook, Teams)Able to manage specials projects as neededNote: This job description is not intended to be all inclusive or exclusive.
