Cprime will consider requests for medical or religious accommodation to this vaccination requirement during the recruiting process.Cprime Learning is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Learning Sales Engineer to accelerate and increase the adoption of our customer learning courses. This position will report directly to the Head of Learning Services. This role is customer-facing and ideally suited for someone who is motivated to ensuring customer success. The ideal candidate will work directly with the Cprime direct sales team to help identify and build learning plans for each customer, based on their unique requirements. This position is designed for someone eager to broaden their experience and work in a world-class organization!What you'll do:Develop and deliver enablement program on learning offerings for internal and channel audiencesDrive private training revenue with sales teams to increase year over year growthActively participate in regular sales meetings on behalf of Learning ServicesProvide RFP/SOW support for Sales teamSupport Learning Operations in providing discounting/pricing solutions for sales and channel partner teamsWork closely and collaboratively with content, operations, brand, and marketing departments and develop customer-centric roadmaps/solutionsAct as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Cprime Learning's offeringsMaintain pipeline reporting and analysis of all customer learning opportunities to managementWork with the direct Sales and Channel Partner teams to identify and solve customer learning needsProvide excellent service to internal and external customersFacilitate customer learning needs assessmentsRepresent the department at industry/corporate events when requiredWe're looking for someone with:BA/BS or equivalent experience3-5+ years IT industry experience, preferably in an enablement/learning environmentFamiliarity with the professional training industryMust have some level of familiarity with DevOps, Data, and AgilePassion for customer successResourceful and able to leverage tools to meet established goalsAbility to meet established revenue growth targetsDemonstrated ability to establish and manage project priorities and timelines to achieve resultsStrong presentation and verbal communication skillsAbility to self-start, prioritize, and stay organized in a dynamic work environmentBonus points if you have the following:Scaled AgileScrum AllianceAbout CprimeMethods aren't built overnight.
