Ibex is looking for an exquisite Director of Sales and Business Development! An ideal candidate has experience in sales, account management, inside sales, or sales operations. You are persistent, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and can persuasively describe products and services to customers to encourage sales transactions. A problem-solver, able to dive right in, develop, nurture, and manage a large pipeline, and use initiative to help find and qualify our highest value customers. As a Director of Sales and Business Development for Augment, by ibex, you will work closely with our leaders and be primarily responsible for initial customer outreach for the fastest growing segment of our brand. Augment enables its customers to "augment" their local teams as they extend their company culture and increase their team's capabilities through staff augmentation with ibex. Partnering with ibex enables our clients to expand globally and take advantage of highly skilled and experienced resources at lower costs more efficiently than hiring talent directly in a competitive job market. We have a large and growing business with over a decade of experience providing remote staff resources in 50+ highly sought-after functional areas, including Software Development, IT, Network Operations and Security, DevOps, Marketing, Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, Data Analytics and Business Intelligence, Human Resources, Recruiting, and Finance. You will focus on discovering potential mutually beneficial partnerships, qualifying customers, and eventually closing them. Your Responsibilities: Outreach to high quality, policy-compliant leads and work on them and eventually close them.Manage both our existing sales pipeline and develop new business opportunities.Evaluate prospective client potential, aligning with management's expectations.Work through the pipeline by identifying and contacting decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals in line with strategies, and lead and facilitate pitch logistics.Perform needs assessment with business decision-makers to identify eligibility and potential.Drive your deal flow through the internal pricing and contracts processes through deal closureLeverage internal resources at all phases of the deal cycle to achieve and ensure a healthy pipeline Demonstrate the ability to achieve/exceed the quarterly target.Work closely with internal and external stakeholders.We are looking for: Director of Sales and Business Development. A master of pipelining your leads from external and internal sources and tools. Bachelor's degree or higher education. 2-7 years of experience in market research, pre-sales, client and partner services, and sales.Goal-oriented, self-motivated person who is confident, competitive, tenacious, and proactive. Strong business acumen with the ability to evaluate multiple business models.A strategic thinker who follows market trends. Unmatched time-management skills.
