We pride ourselves on providing top notch staff to help support ALF and LTC facilities in Manassas, VA.Duties May IncludeAdminister medications only after identification of residentChart each resident's medication as givenVerifies consumption of medication.Check for new medications and notes pertaining to changes in orders.Check that labeled instructions and medication administration records have identical information.All residents receive their medications at the times ordered.All documentation is accurate and timely.Assists in providing a safe environment for the residents. (Observes for spills on floor, appropriate use of restraints, bed rails, etc.)Check and chart vital signs and report abnormal signs and symptoms to the Charge Nurse.Answers call lights and perform resident's personal care as needed.Clean and disinfect items after each use of a resident.Clean walkers, canes, furniture, shelves, and equipment PRN.Benefits Include- Weekly Pay- Free CEU's
