The primary purpose of this job is to responsible for inbound and outbound digital marketing efforts, lead generation and marketing channel optimization. The Digital Marketing Manager will support all brand and product marketing initiatives with the goal of increasing volume and promoting brand growth through the development, management, and reporting of digital plans and partnerships.ResponsibilitiesReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. This is not intended to be an all-inclusive list of job duties and the position will perform other duties as assigned.Establish strong working relationships with a variety of digital partners, manages the digital media-buying, placement, monitoring and reporting. This includes insertion order management and reporting requirements.Collaborate with the brand managers to develop and execute digital plans that align with overall product goals, messaging, and budget and asset delivery through appropriate channels.Build and manage a digital advertising calendar that encompasses buys and budget.Execute outbound advertising and paid media efforts.Manage ongoing advertising budgets to ensure pacing and accuracy.Monitor traffic ad campaigns, which include assets and tracking management via custom URLs as well as pixel integration.Work closely with Creative Services Team and Content Team to develop rich, original content for advertising campaigns across all digital channels.Collaborate with Social Media Team to coordinate campaign pulses and measure impact.Partner with Digital Marketing Analytics Team to establish closed-loop analytics to review performance metrics on all digital activity and implement those learnings into improved creative, messaging and strategies to improve application volume and increased member engagement.Monitor ROI and conversions on paid media campaigns.Stays up-to-date with the latest industry trends, competitive and approaches that help drive innovation and creativity.QualificationsEquivalent combination of education and experience is considered.Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related field is required.MBA or Master's Degree is preferred.Minimum of five (5) years' experience in Marketing and advertising campaigns is required.Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a manager is required.Demonstrated marketing & strategic analysis skills with an ability to map an understanding of business drivers.Experience handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results.Demonstrated ability to produce creative ideas and elicit creative ideas from others.Ability to build presentations, conduct research and report on findingsStrong leadership and presentation skills, with ability to lead meetings and present to senior level management.Ability to collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders, product teams, internal and external creative teams.Ability to negotiate and manage external vendors, contracts and partnerships.Ability to work collaboratively, prioritize, and meet deadlines.Experience in financial services industry a plus, but not required.Supervisory ResponsibilityThis position may direct supervise employees.Work EnvironmentWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to an indoor office setting with moderate noise.*Most roles require working in an office setting with moderate noise and the ability to lift 25 pounds.*TravelAbility to travel to various worksites and be on-call is required.Special Message Regarding COVID 19PenFed is continuing to hire and train exceptional individuals to help us serve our 2 million members both here and around the world.
