We are seeking an ambitious Recruiting Coordinator who will work closely with applicants and hiring managers throughout the recruiting experience. This position will support our team in its hiring efforts by coordinating all steps in the process and creating an exceptional candidate experience. This position is based out of the Central Store Support office in Rockville, MD. Prior experience in recruiting or human resources preferred, but not required.Responsibilities:Be the point of contact for applicants and ensure a positive candidate experienceThoughtfully review applications and conduct phone interviewsGuide and advise hiring managers on hiring policies and proceduresWork closely with the applicants and hiring managers to ensure an efficient and timely processBe the point of contact for spanish translation with the HR and Recruiting teamTrack and keep candidate files accurate and updated information in our applicant tracking systemAnswer applicant questions regarding employee benefits, compensation and other related informationReview job descriptions, prepare and publish job postings on all platformsAttend MOM's recruiting related events and new store openingsPerform other ongoing recruitment/HR related projects as assignedHandle sensitive information and preserve confidentiality with discretionMust have:Fluency in Spanish (oral and written)A warm, friendly, and professional phone mannerAbility to effectively present information verbally and in writingAbility to contribute to process improvements and see the bigger pictureStrong organizational skillsExperience in a fast-paced, environmentAbility to prioritize tasks that change frequently and manage unexpected demandsStrong interpersonal and relationship building skillsDependable, able to follow instructions and respond well to directionWe believe MOM's employees are our greatest investment, which is why we have created a special place to work.YOU:have pulled recyclables out of the trashappreciate a good debate, even with your bosslove to help othersfigure out how to fix it, not who's to blameprefer real news to fake newsWE:love to promote from withinaren't afraid to make mistakes and learn from themcare more about values and work ethic than your experienceoffer employees subsidies to purchase electric carsgive employees a 30% discount on all purchasesSounds like a good fit?
