For more information, please visit: .ResponsibilitiesManaging and driving a pipeline of opportunities across the full lifecycle to achieve sales goalsLeading marketing strategy including events/conferences/sponsorships, associations, digital marketing, thought leadership, and advertisingDeveloping campaigns and call plans, identifying and building relationships with prospective financial services and public sector clients on key business issues to understand their challenges and brand Guidehouse, conducting effective discussions to understand client business issues and match them to cyber capabilities, developing solutions and white papers through collaboration with our account teams, and securing consulting engagements to solve their complex challengesDevelopment of a cross functional solutions team focused on high-end professional service which brings innovative ideas and solutions to financial services customers facing cyber risksExpertise to conceptualize and develop security solutions to address financial services customer's security challenges working with various security solution providers and risk teamsUnderstanding of Cybersecurity Engineering and Architecture principles and practicesProvide guidance and direction to the team that interprets risk requirements and translates into actionable and sustainable implementationsGenerate ideas to identify new or implement changes to techniques (policies, procedures, KPIs, KRIs, tools, etc.) and processes for the Cybersecurity practice to remain relevant (changing risk and threat landscape and Business requirements, etc.) and effectiveDemonstrate awareness of all information security trends, vulnerabilities, including and especially those influencing the financial services industriesFamiliarity with and ability to assess Financial Institution's cybersecurity programs against various regulations (eg, NYDFS).Familiarity with SWIFT attestations and partner programmesWork with senior business leaders on key growth initiativesQualificationsQualifications:Must have a Secret Level Clearance or clearableExperience building relationships with clients, vendors, and teaming partnersStrong track record of leading and growing teams and an understanding of the talent market.Experience building collaborative teams, attracting and motivating staff, and supporting career growth for individualsDemonstrated ability of performance and talent management; communicating a vision, setting goals and objectives for a team and successful executionAbility to collaborate with cross functional teams and manage different stakeholder prioritiesAbility to think strategically and make collaborative decisionsAbility to approach problems with an open-mind, use existing information and resourcesCreative, Innovative, problem-solving, and maximizing your potential to solve problems and improve methodsThink positively when faced with obstacles, build on others ideas, think logically and intuitivelyExperience Requirements:Must have a minimum of 10 years working with Financial Services companies in a Security role plus 5 years of Security business development experienceExperience leading capture and business developmentExperience in cyber security industry to including knowledge of key cyber security policies and standards, key issues that organizations face as it relates to cyber, key vendors and potential teaming partnersDemonstrated success in project managementExperience in services and solution selling and excellent presentation skillsExposure to various cybersecurity domainsEducation and Technical Requirements:Bachelor's DegreeFamiliar with a broad range of technical concepts such as Cyber Engineering, and Cyber technologies as related to financial services as well as, the federal sector.Desired Requirements (Preferred):Masters/Advanced DegreeConsulting experienceServed public sector service clientsServed financial services clients as a cyber security consultantExperience in driving a business pipelineAdditional RequirementsThe successful candidate must not be subject to employment restrictions from a former employer (such as a non-compete) that would prevent the candidate from performing the job responsibilities as described.Due to our contractual requirements and federal orders, including an Executive Order from the White House and an emergency regulation from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the position for which you are applying requires that you provide proof of your vaccination status.
