Chevo is currently hiring an experienced CPIC Analyst, to join our expanding Portfolio Management practice. At some point this position may be primarily located on-site with our client in the Washington, DC Metro Area. The ideal candidate will demonstrate versatility in understanding and performing work related to portfolio management, capital planning and investment control (CPIC).Duties and Responsibilities:Support and maintain capital planning investment control, and evaluation processesAssist investment owners and project managers in the development of investment proposals, change requests, project closeouts and OMB reporting documents that are compliant with SEC standards.Manage investment information in the SEC Investment management tools (ServiceNow, MicroStrategy, SharePoint)Manage Steady State and DME investment data including data collection, review, and analysis and reportingAssist with CPIC daily activities, including but not limited to, establishing, monitoring, measuring, assessing, and reporting for investments (Projects, Programs and Portfolios).Provide support for OMB, Commission and/or IG data callsPrepare and support CPIC governance meetings (Technology Management Board (TMB), IT Capital Planning Committee (ITCPC), and Program Review Board (PRB))Prepare materials associated with CPIC Pre-Select activities including but not limited to budget summaries, category summaries (eg, legislative vs DME categorization), and explanatory presentations.Facilitate meeting and write meeting minutes.Manage CPIC mailboxRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's DegreeFive (5) years professional IT experienceThree (3) years in program analysis and Capital Planning & Investment Control Desired Qualifications:Advanced Microsoft Excel skillsWorking experience in SharePointTechnical writing skills for meeting minutesUnderstanding of federal Capital Planning process and OMB reporting requirementsExperience developing Business Cases and Cost Benefit Analysis for Federal ProgramsChevo offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental and vision coverage, paid leave, 401K plan with matching, monthly SMART card employer contribution for commuting expenses, tuition assistance and more!Chevo ranks on the 2021 Washington Technology Fast 50 list and is a winner of the 2012 through 2021 Alliance for Workplace Excellence (AWE) Seal of Approval!Chevo Consulting, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
